Do you work with early-stage AI programs or only mature organizations?

Both. We run Strategy Sprints for organizations just beginning their AI journey and provide embedded engineering for teams that have already shipped but need to scale. The engagement type matches where you are.

Are you locked to specific AI vendors or platforms?

No. We are genuinely vendor-neutral. We have production experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI, Amazon Bedrock, and all major open-weight model families. We recommend based on your requirements, not referral arrangements.

How quickly can an engagement start?

Typically 2–3 weeks from first call to kickoff for Strategy Sprints and Build & Deploy engagements. Fractional CAIO arrangements can often begin within a week.

Do you work with companies outside the US?

Yes. We work with enterprise clients across North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region. Forward deployment can be on-site or hybrid depending on team location and engagement needs.
